Raevenilonka’s Terms of Service:

1. Will not draw:
- Diapers
- Cubs or other minors in a sexual situation
- Extreme violence/gore
- Extreme NSFW 
- Mecha
- Hyper/inflation 

2. Will draw:
- Furries
- Human / humanoid characters
- Mild NSFW + Pinups
- Mild gore
- Any species
- Anthro and Feral

3. Payment 
All prices are in Euros (€)
I currently accept:
Paypal and for Dutch customers bank transfer.
Prices are subject to change, if any uncertainty exists, the artist is right. 
Commissions will be started after payment is received.

3.a) Payment plans
Discussionable for commissions over €100

4. Edit(s) Policy
I am always willing to edit the work so you get what you want. However, I won’t edit pose/expression after a WIP has been approved. Slight colour edits possible, but as watercolour is not an easy medium to edit, this has its limits. You as a customer are responsible to provide me with an up to date reference including clear colour reference. 
I will make a maximum of 3 edits on a watercolour painting and 1 edit on a sketch. Everything in between can be discussed. 

5. Client responsibility
As mentioned above, the client is responsible for providing me clear reference of a character, pose and any and all accessories and backgrounds. Artistic freedom is okay, but that means you cannot change what I have chosen for your character/pose/accessories etc. after a WIP has been sent. 
The client is responsible for a nice attitude and patience towards the artist and responding to questions the artist might have within a reasonable timeframe. 
The client is responsible for having read the TOS!

6. Artist responsibility
I, as the artist, am responsible to handle your character and wishes with care. I will keep the client updated about their commission and progress. A WIP will always be sent before completion. I will work as closely as possible with your reference as possible (keeping my own style and colour limits of the paint in mind). 

7. Cancellations 
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason I see fit. This might be illness, a client not responding or having a bad attitude. 
A client can cancel a commission at any time, given a reason. 
7.a) Refunds
If a commission is cancelled by myself or by the client a refund can be given. When a WIP has been sent and approved, the refund will be not more than half the cost of the commission. When the commission is 75% complete there is no option for a refund anymore. 
A full refund can be given when the WIP hasn’t been sent and approved yet. 

8. Rights
As the artist, I retain the right to post/repost the image unless otherwise discussed. 
As the client you retain all rights to your character(s) and you may use the art freely as you wish, though with due credit. 

9. Postage
All paper commissions have free worldwide shipping. 
Commissions on rock, wood, linen or any other media can be shipped on cost of the client. I will always inform you on these estimated costs. 
All watercolor paintings are shipped in cardboard envelopes, all other A4 size pieces come in regular unless otherwise asked. Extra costs for sending other A4 pieces in a cardboard envelope is for the commissioner.
9a) Lost in the mail
If a commission gets lost in the mail and you truly haven’t received it (it might take some 
time outside of Europe!), I will discuss a solution with you. You can get a similar commission
as the one lost, for 50% of its original price or I will make a free sketch. 


- The artist and client have a working relationship, this means I will have a professional attitude and won’t be ‘your buddy’. Please do not expect special treatment or expect me to chat. Sexual advances or conversation outside of the work can result in my cancelling the commission and in either case I will ignore it. Keep it professional. 

- I will treat you and your commission with respect. It’s my job to make sure you have a good experience working with me. I en joy painting and drawing for you and creating a piece that both you and I are proud of! Please do not hesitate to send me a message or a note telling me about your experience working with me. I am more than willing to hear any suggestions you might have!
